Research & Discovery
Research began by identifying the common frustrations people face when planning a night out, from unpredictable wait times to finding a venue that matches the right vibe. Through brainstorming, mind mapping, sketching, and scenario-based exercises, we uncovered key user needs and prioritized features like real-time wait times, crowd insights, and venue discovery—shaping HopSpot into a simpler, more informed way to plan a night out.
